Return Policy

All returned Product must be sent with a return goods authorization (RGA) number clearly marked on the outside of the package. Please call (908) 806-3400 or email to receive an RGA number for the product you wish to return. Any returns received without an RGA number visible on the outside of the package will be returned to you freight collect. All return shipping freight charges are the responsibility of the customer and must be pre-paid by the customer. Standard Stock Product can be returned within 30 days of the original ship date. The returned product must be in new and resalable condition, in the original packaging with any accessories that were included. A 25% restocking fee will be charged on all standard stock items accepted for return or exchange. Shipping and/or handling charges are not refundable. All returned product will be inspected by us prior to credit being issued. Please allow 3-4 weeks for the credit to appear on your billing statement.

NO RETURNS ON CUSTOM PRODUCTS. Please order carefully, custom size products are made for you and are not a stocked item and cannot be returned, exchanged or canceled, no exceptions will be allowed. These products include CUSTOM SHUTTERS, CUSTOM WINDOW HEADERS, and CUSTOM GABLE VENTS.
